
We would like to share with all of you one of our team member's delicious recipe she made for her family.
Servings Size: 12
Ingredients:
4 Spaghetti Squash
2 Pounds of Italian Sausages (spicy ones are optional)
2-24oz packs of Mushrooms
1 Purple Onion
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Stick of Butter
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Garlic Salt
4-16oz Bags of Parmesan Cheese
Spinach is optional
Instructions:
Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds.
Season with olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and black pepper.
Place on baking sheet pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the squash is falling apart.
Bake the Italian sausage links (spicy ones are optional) in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Sautee your bell peppers, purple onion, and mushrooms.
In a separate pan, melt the butter, whipping cream and parmesan cheese for the Alfredo Sauce until fully melted.
Shred the spaghetti squash into noodles with a fork.
Slice your Italian sausage links and place on top of the shredded spaghetti squash.
Pour the Alfredo sauce on top.
Amazing and delicious.
