Recipe(s) of the Week: How to Cook Spaghetti Squash


Try this spaghetti alternative vegetable as a recipe. When cooked, this hard shelled squash yields long strands making low calorie alternative pasta. This vegetable is native to North and South American and later shared around the world. Spaghetti Squash contains vitamin A, B6, C and E, as well as folate and vitamin B12, fiber and potassium. These vitamins help with dental health and immune function, vision and more.


Spaghetti Squash will be distributed all five of our Farms2Table's farmers market and prepackaged produce box locations in Apache Junction, Chandler, El Mirage and Globe/Miami this Saturday.
